Billing Representative

Reports to: Director of Patient Financial Services
Based at: Remote, work from home
Duties: Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from/to patients to answer questions they have regarding EOB’s and itemized statements.
Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Exceptional phone/customer service skills
  • Skilled Typist (>40 WPM preferred), 10-Key
  • Experience with navigating software databases
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess some basic technical problem solving ability

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma required, Associates degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Knowledge of Medical Billing is preferred

Salary: $16.10/hr

Billing Specialist (Facility)

Reports to: Director of Billing
Based at:  Remote, work from home
Duties: Manage rejections and denials within the clearinghouse. Appealing claims. Working aged AR/collections. Follow up with insurance companies on claim issues.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Working claims within a clearinghouse
  • Appeal filing experience
  • Skilled Typist (>40 WPM preferred), 10-Key
  • Experience with navigating software databases
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess some basic technical problem solving ability

Director of Client Relations

Reports to:  Founders

Based at: Remote, work from home

Duties: Manage laboratory client relations, data analysis

Globonics is seeking to hire a FT employee to manage client relations.  Globonics manages revenue cycle for many entities.  This employee will focus primarily on improving and maintaining existing relations with the many medical laboratories we work with.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impressive skillset with Microsoft Excel
  • Relentless drive to provide excellent customer service
  • Basic phone skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Act with a sense of urgency
  • Computer/Tech savvy.  Strong IT skills!
  • Sales background is helpful
  • Medical laboratory or Medical billing background is also helpful

This employee will work remotely.  Hours will be a relatively flexible 40/wk.  Occasionally, working late/after typical business hours will be required.  Globonics will provide all hardware and software needed as well as a corporate cell phone.  This employee will be eligible to participate in the slew of benefits rewarded to all Globonics employees including, but not limited to: 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance - extendable to family, competitive salary, PTO, 401K plan and monthly profit sharing.
